Summary

As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a range of needs, helping them to overcome challenges and celebrate their successes.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create personalised learning plans, adapt materials, and provide one-to-one or small group support to ensure that each student's individual needs are met. Your patience, empathy, and ability to build positive relationships with students will be key to their success and well-being.

Our client offers a competitive salary of £95 - £114 per day, with the option of PAYE or Umbrella payment arrangements. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND (desirable)
- A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or a related field (desirable)

- A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with young people
- A commitment to promoting inclusion and celebrating diversity
