What skills and experience we're looking for
Oak Wood Primary School is a successful specialist setting for children aged from 4 to 11 with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and learning disabilities. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated level 3 Teaching Assistant who will plan and lead opportunities for our pupils. Candidates are required to be skilled in using proactive behaviour management strategies to ensure best possible outcomes for all pupils.
We welcome applicants who either hold a Level 3 teaching assistant qualification or are currently working towards obtaining the qualification. Please see job description for full requirements of the role.
