What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a leader who:
• Is passionate about early years and KS1 education
• Is dynamic, caring and passionate about making a difference to the educational and wider lives of our pupils and community;
• Is prepared for a challenge and has the commitment and energy to help drive rapid and innovative school improvement;
• Is passionate and willshape our schoolprovisiontomeetthe needs ofall children and keep ourlearners happy, healthy and safe;
• Is inclusive and committed to embedding achievement for all pupils, including those who have Special Education Needs, and to ensure their needs are met;
• Has the expertise to support, engage, empower, motivate, challenge and develop all staff to deliver outstanding teaching and learning and for children to achieve the best possible outcomes;
• Has high expectations of all pupils in their attainment, behaviour and attendance and the skills needed to translate these expectations into pupils achieving their full potential;
• Will listen to and communicate clearly with all stakeholders, including staff, pupils, parents and the governing body.
• Demonstrates strategic thinking and a commitment to school improvement
• Is resilient, reflective, and ready to make a difference
