Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Mess Accounts Administrator to join our team at Thiepval Barracks, Lisburn BT28 3NP.
This is a varied role requiring previous administration or data entry experience and strong IT skills, such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Skills tests are part of the interview and selection process.

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
What we offer:
- This is a permanent part-time position, 24 hours/week, Monday
- Friday. Working patterns to be discussed at interviews.
- The pay rate is £13.00/hour.

A day in the life of a Mess Accounts Administrator:
- Have a sound grasp of working in administration and can answer basic queries, use your own initiative, and seek advice from line management on areas outside of your remit. 
- Ability to use Outlook/Word/Excel/SharePoint at a basic level. 
- Possess the ability to deal with customers effectively, either orally or in written format and draft emails both internally and externally and monitor electronic mailboxes. 
- Become fully competent with Aramark Systems, inc SAGE
- Able to work as part of a team or individually to complete the required unit output.  
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have legal right to work
- Are able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Previous experience of working in a military admin office environment is desirable. 
- Must be skilled in the use of Office 365.
