Summary

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Belfast as a full-time Senior HR Advisor. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.

Administrator Pay Rate: £24.59 per hour

Start Date: As soon as possible

Duration: March 26 with possible extension

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 9-5

Job Duties:

  • The main duties of the post will be to:
    Oversee case management, including decision making, on all types of Employee Relations cases, from Sickness absence, Dignity at Work, Grievance, Conduct and Discipline and Dismissal. These include relevant appeals points where required.
  • Provide advice and guidance to Departments, and all parts of NICSHR on HR matters.
  • To support the work of the transformation of ER to a single, uniform, operating model through attendance at meetings, research of potential solutions identified and engagement with
  • Departments/Other to facilitate roll-out.
  • Line management responsibility for case management teams

Essential Experience & Qualifications required:

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification in a HR subject;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in making sound decisions relating to the management of sickness absence, grievance, discipline and dignity at work cases, in compliance with company policy and legislative requirements.
