Summary
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain machine learning models for demand forecasting, customer segmentation, and recommendation systems.
Analyse business and customer data to derive actionable insights.
Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to integrate data-driven solutions.
Ensure data quality, data governance, privacy, and compliance.
Requirements / Skills
Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
Hands‐on experience with Python / R, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, Tensorflow, etc.).
Strong background in statistics, data modelling, and experimental design.
Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Curiosity, creativity, and communication skills to translate insights for non-technical audiences.
