Summary

We are looking for a Senior Producer to join our programming team. You will champion young people’s creativity across various programmes including the Beatbox Academy, Dance Academy, Young Producers Programme, Homegrown Festival, Battersea Power Station Choir, community partnerships, and The Agency.

Working closely with young creatives and partners, you will use your established producing skillset to help shape their ideas and creative practice, while also offering pastoral and professional support. You will be a creative, collaborative and ideas-driven individual, confident in managing people and multiple priorities, with extensive experience in producing complex projects with a range of partners.

Applications close 10pm Sunday 18 January 2026. Successful shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an initial interview on 2 or 3 February 2026. There may be a second round of interviews on 10 February 2026.
