The Role – Estimator
You’ll play a key role in preparing accurate, well-thought-out tenders for general contracting schemes in the £1–5m range. Working closely with a skilled commercial team, you’ll ensure bids are competitive, detailed, and aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit tenders for projects across education, leisure, and commercial sectors.
Work collaboratively with the commercial team to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Contribute to the company’s ethos of delivering quality and value.
The Right Person
4+ years’ experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
Relevant construction qualification.
Minimum grade C in GCSE Maths.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work 8–5 in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
