The Governors and Head Teacher wish to appoint an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner. If you enjoy working with young children; are passionate about inclusion and equal opportunity for all and you can rise to the challenge of promoting the very best early yearsandrsquo; experience for all children, then please apply. The post holder will work across the age phases, demonstrating a sound understanding of EYFS practice from Birth to 5.
The post holder will understand and demonstrate their responsibility to safeguarding children.
The post holder will be required to work within daily patterns that potentially include lunchtime supervision, early starts and late finishes andndash; working patterns to be discussed at interview. This requires the ability to work flexibly Monday- Friday between hours of 7.30am and 6pm should demand require.

A minimum relevant (DfE validated) Early Years Level 2 or higher qualification is required, together with relevant experience of working with young children (Birth to 5). Staff holding an Early Years Educator qualification must also have achieved a suitable level 2 qualification in English. Knowledge of the Revised EYFS and KCSIE is essential.

The successful applicant will:
Demonstrate a sound understanding of EYFS practice and know how to use this to motivate and enthuse learners.

Understand how the role contributes to developing strong positive working relationships with the key worker and other professionals.
Understand the importance of supporting children and developing strong positive relationships with parents/carers.
Understand the importance of promoting a high sense of wellbeing for all.

Be able to work enthusiastically as part of a team to contribute to the overall aims of the nursery.andnbsp;
