Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
• Have experience of working within a school setting and be highly proactive and committed to going that extra mile to ensure pupils achieve the best they possibly can;
• Have experience of planning and undertaking interventions that have a positive impact on pupils and their learning outcomes;
• Be able to communicate with all staff and pupils;
• Display a commitment to the Trust’s equalities policies;
• An understanding of, and prior experience of supporting children with special needs is desirable.
