Summary
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven individual who shares our passionate for fitness to join us as a Product Equipment Coordinator. This newly created role will support our Fitness, Personal Training and Group Exercise Product teams with all aspects of equipment coordination, ordering, management, and reporting.
This role is pivotal to ensuring our clubs are equipped with the very best fitness, recovery, performance, and longevity equipment — helping us deliver outstanding experiences for our members.
As Product Equipment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the fitness experience across our clubs, working alongside passionate teams and contributing to projects that directly impact member satisfaction.
What you’ll do:
- Track, order, and manage fitness and studio equipment across all clubs.
- Work closely with Accounts to process payments, resolve invoice queries, and maintain accurate capex records.
- Update equipment lists for new clubs, oversee supplier timelines, and support contractor onboarding.
- Monitor snagging schedules, maintain warranties, and ensure smooth equipment delivery and installation.
- Provide updates to senior leaders, support project managers, and coordinate training with club teams.
What you’ll bring
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially SharePoint.
- Strong organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Experience in customer-focused team environments.
- Understanding of fitness and studio equipment needs (club operations experience a plus).
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to review job sheets, invoices, and understand costing principles.
This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week based in our Golden Square Support Office. The role will also require regular time spent in clubs essential to understand operational needs, build strong relationships with fitness teams and ensure equipment solutions are practical and aligned with club requirements.
