Summary
ROLE: Sales Manager
LOCATION: Thatcham
SALARY: 35k basic, 65k OTE + car + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Saturday 8.30 – 6.00 (with a fixed day off), NO SUNDAYS!
Duties for our Sales Manager role:
• Working on the sales floor alongside-supporting and leading by example.
• Motivating your team to meet sales targets
• Liaising with customers, both face-to-face, by phone/email, through social media and messaging platforms.
• Liaising with the manufacturers’ representatives
• Understanding and constantly improving our customer experience
• Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way
• Collating finance proposals for customers
• Making sure that stock is correctly and competitively priced, delivering a great on-line presence.
About you the successful Sales Manager :
• Sales experience – in the automotive industry or a similarly high value sales environment.
• Experience of delivering first class customer service in a customer facing environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Drive to exceed targets
• Influencing and negotiation skills, having the ability to identify and close the sale.
• Full UK driving licence
