Summary
Lead and support the catering and reception teams, ensuring effective staffing and high service standards. Drive service improvement and contribute to delivering the Estates and Facilities Strategy. Gather and act on feedback from patients, visitors and staff. Maintain a consistent, restaurant-quality offer across both sites. Plan and deliver catering projects on time and within budget. Implement and use electronic systems to support modernisation. Ensure robust procedures and service continuity. Oversee patient meal services, including nutrition and dietary needs. Manage staff dining, cafes, stock and customer experience. Support staff development through training and clear pathways. Coordinate catering for hospice events. Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety requirements.
