Summary
Manage the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service.
Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality.
Ensure excellent customer service by handling feedback, and resolving complaints professionally.
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure all dishes meet our restaurant’s standards.
Maintain hygiene, health and safety, and food safety regulations in line with UK standards and local council requirements.
Oversee stock control, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper use of ingredients to reduce waste and control costs.
Monitor daily sales, prepare reports, and support business growth by identifying opportunities to improve revenue.
