Administrator

A leading Regional Contractor based in the south coast is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their business. This is an outstanding business with a fantastic pipeline of future works, with a fantastic reputation as one of the paramount prospering businesses in the construction industry This regional contractor traditionally specialises in a extensive variety of schemes across Hampshire & surrounding areas for private and public framework clients. The role of Administrator will be based out of Head Office in Hampshire.

Responsibilities for Administrator

  • Regularly monitoring and managing site documentation to ensure filing systems are being utilised correctly
  • Monitor and manage company mailbox and phone line
  • Consistently update project tracker
  • General ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Routinely track training matrix's

Requirements for Administrator

  • Previous experience within the construction industry is fundamental
  • Sturdy It skills and ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail is essential
