Summary
As a Planning Co-ordinator Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the scheduling and coordination of engineers’ workloads. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to learn about planning and administration within a dynamic business environment.
Key responsibilities:
Receive workload from Suppliers and update Allgas spreadsheets.
Cross reference spreadsheets to Management System weekly.
Contact customers via Phone, email and text to arrange appointments for a gas meter Exchange.
Update Spreadsheet with Meter details daily.
Answer phone queries.
Liaise between Engineers and clients.
Cross reference stock availability and workload.
Liaise with Suppliers
General admin
Qualifications required: GCSE maths and English at Grade 4 or above – Desirable
Skills & Qualities Required
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
Training & Development
You will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship, gaining practical experience alongside structured learning.
Future Prospects: Manage Small contracts from the beginning, ordering stock and arranging appointments for the contract.

Key responsibilities:
