About the Role:
You will work closely with teachers to support students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Your role will involve:
- Providing tailored support to individual students and small groups.
- Assisting with classroom activities and adapting resources to meet diverse needs.
- Promoting inclusion and positive learning experiences.
- Supporting personal development and emotional well-being.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based experience preferred).
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to supporting learning and engagement.
