Summary
The role of Commissioning Officer is to support the Trust’s activity in all areas of the commissioning cycle of ‘Analyse, Plan, Do, Review,’ taking responsibility for tasks and activities in a broad range of assigned projects or service areas as delegated by the Commissioning Management Team. The Officer will contribute to project teams at an appropriate level.
The Officer will undertake a variety of tasks and activities, using ICT effectively to produce work of an appropriate professional standard that complies with regulations. They will maintain service specific expertise as required to ensure that their work represents best practice and the services, they are involved with are delivered to a high standard.
In addition, the post holder will maintain stakeholder relationships that support the delivery of contracted activities, maximising their value to the Trust.
