✅ What You'll Be Doing
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a variety of learning needs (including SEN, autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties).
- Assist teachers with tailored learning activities and interventions.
- Create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment.
- Support pupils' communication, social, and emotional development.
- Help with classroom organisation and inclusive learning experiences.
What We're Looking For
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with children with SEN or learning difficulties (highly desirable).
- Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification is a bonus-but not essential!
