We're looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join welcoming schools in Wellingborough, where every day brings the chance to make a positive impact.
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with diverse special educational needs
- Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver individual education plans (IEPs)
- Creating a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
- Supporting pupils with communication, sensory, and emotional needs
- Assisting with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities
What We're Looking For:
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN (school or similar setting) is highly desirable.
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential.
