Do you love making a difference in children's lives?We're looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join friendly, inclusive schools in Northampton. If you're passionate about helping pupils thrive and want to develop your skills in a supportive environment, this role is for you!
✅ What You'll Be Doing
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a variety of learning needs (including SEN, autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties).
- Assist teachers with tailored learning activities and interventions.
- Create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment.
- Support pupils' communication, social, and emotional development.
- Help with classroom organisation and inclusive learning experiences.
What We're Looking For
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with children with SEN or learning difficulties (highly desirable).
- Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification is a bonus-but not essential!
