Salary: £26,967 - £28,609 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a friendly, supportive, and positive Apprenticeships team. The role is varied with lots of opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge.
You will play a vital part of the Apprenticeships team, supporting with a variety of duties and providing high quality administrative and coordination, and ensuring the efficient delivery of the apprenticeship recruitment processes, compliance requirements and engagement activities.
You will:
Maintain accurate records of apprenticeship applications and candidate data
Schedule interview sessions and support candidate onboarding
Provide support for evens such as open days and employer engagement sessions
Update and maintain apprenticeship tracking systems, and provide support with regular reporting
As an Administrator you should be confident, well organised, and proactive with good IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
You will have:
GCSE in Maths and English A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
Strong administrative experience
Experience in processing data
A Business Administration qualification is desirable but not essential
This is a diverse role where you will be building relationships with curriculum and support staff, and many other stakeholders.
