Your new role
As Head of Operations, you will take ownership of the operational strategy and ensure the delivery of efficient, compliant processes across the lending lifecycle. You will lead a small team and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence and support business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing operational frameworks for lending and bridging finance.
- Leading and developing two direct reports.
- Overseeing end-to-end operational processes, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
- Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
