Pay Scale: S01 (Pt 23-25)The Governors of our welcoming and ambitious Catholic primary school invite applications for the role of Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), starting as soon as possible. We seek an enthusiastic professional passionate about helping every child flourish, academically and personally, within our faith community. Role Details: • Hours: 8.30am–3.45pm, Monday to Friday
• Responsible for: PPA cover across all classes, supporting teachers, leading intervention sessions, and delivering excellent pastoral care.
• Directed by a senior leader, you will deliver lessons as part of PPA, support groups and cover classes as needed.We are looking for someone who: • Holds at least a Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent.
• Has experience supporting children with a range of learning needs, including SEND.
• Shows strong behaviour management, flexibility and resilience.
• Builds excellent relationships with children, staff and families, and communicates well.
• Demonstrates high standards, a supportive team ethos and commitment to our Catholic values.
• Has experience covering classes and leading learning independently.We offer: • Positive, eager learners and a caring, inclusive atmosphere.
