Summary

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Hours: 31.25 hours per week

Bolton Children’s Opportunity Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our caring and experienced team. We provide outstanding early years education and care for children aged 2–4, including those with additional needs, in a warm, inclusive environment.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work as part of our nursery team to support children’s learning, development, and well-being through play-based learning and individualised support. You will help to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and evaluate activities in line with the EYFS framework.

Support children’s individual learning and development needs.

Promote positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive environment.

Contribute to observations, assessments, and record-keeping.

Support children with additional needs as required.

Requirements:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent).

Experience of working with children aged 2–4 years.

A sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development.

A caring, patient, and flexible approach.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
