Key Responsibilities

• Supporting teachers during lessons and assisting with planning and delivery.
• Providing targeted one-to-one and small-group intervention sessions.
• Helping students build confidence, enhance subject knowledge, and develop effective study skills.
• Assisting with lesson preparation, resource creation, and general classroom organisation.
• Promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment that motivates and inspires students.
• Building supportive and professional relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.

Candidate Requirements
