Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an Asset Administrator to manage the day to day responsibility for the projects administrative functions.In this role you will be attending the school sites to collect data and input the data into the asset register.
Our Total Facilities Management team delivers integrated asset management and maintenance services across education, leisure, corporate, health and residential sectors.We focus on keeping facilities running smoothly, safely, and efficiently – helping our clients create spaces that work for everyone.
This is a full-time role with the working hours of 8AM-4PM Monday-Friday. This is a fixed term contract which will expire on 1st June 2026.

Key responsibilities:
- Day to day responsibility for the project’s administrative functions.
- Ability to manage time, work efficiently and input information accurately
- Dealing with general enquiries relating to projects
- Tracking job progress and implementing escalation procedures.
- Report to contract staff on job progress.
- Any other ad-hoc duties requested by line manager.
- Monthly updates in the form of a report, documenting activities carried out.
Key requirements:
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
- Good communication skills
- Enhanced DBS
- Knowledge on building management systems and building structure
- Use of MS and specialist software (with training)
