ROLE: Warranty Administrator
LOCATION: Exeter
SALARY: 27k basic, 30k ote + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 42.5 hpw
Flame Recruitment is currently looking for a Warranty Administrator who can interpret job cards and process retail warranty claims in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities for this Warranty Administrator role:
Complete warranty claims, using correct details supplied on the job card within manufacturer timescales
To complete retail invoices to customer accounts ensuring their processes are followed
Process claims and invoices for other branches
Deal with any invoice queries efficiently and timely and respond back to the accounts team with a full update
Maintain accurate vehicle history and service records in line with customer requirements and operator licence standards & manufacturers guidelines
Maintain invoice filing by job number
Attend any training course as deemed necessary
As a Warranty Administrator , do you?
Have an understanding of vehicle warranty?
Experience of processing Manufacturer Warranty Claims?
Have experience of processing claims?
