Summary
Provide healthcare and administration support to our THH clinic ensuring seamless patient journey for all. Assist in preparation of clinic environment ensuring all necessary equipment and consumables are available before the clinic start time. Support the sonographer / radiographer during the scan. Ensure patients are booked in on the appropriate system when they attend their appointment. Provide chaperoning services for the clinics ensuring safety of patients and the healthcare professional. Provide compassionate and professional assistance to patients, creating a reassuring environment. Ensure patient dignity and confidentiality are always upheld. Assist patients with personal care needs where necessary. Provide cross-cover for general reception areas across the four main THH sites (Grays, Fobbing, Basildon, Southend) when required. Assist in maintaining and improving both clinical and administration standards Take responsibility for personal and professional development
