Our client is looking a general litigation lawyer. The workload is mixed, with the largest client being the home-ownership team, which includes handling leasehold service-charge recovery in the First Tier Tribunal. You’ll also deal with Equality Act claims and general debt-recovery matters.
The role is hybrid, with an expectation of one office day per week and court attendance when required. If this arrangement presents difficulties, we’re open to discussing alternatives.
