Summary
Key Responsibilities
Support the web and design teams in the operation of IT systems, tools and digital workflows.
Meet internal teams/clients to understand project requirements and assist in planning technical solutions.
Help develop, test and deploy new digital tools or AI-enhanced systems to improve productivity.
Prepare documentation, guidelines and SOPs for IT processes and workflow automation.
Provide training to staff on data-driven tools, AI software and productivity platforms.
Monitor website performance analytics and assist teams with improvements based on data insights.
Contribute to planning and scheduling web/graphics work pipelines to improve delivery times.
Evaluate new software and recommend solutions to optimise business efficiency.
