What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
  • Experience leading a room and a team.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child-centred practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead your room team to create a warm, nurturing environment
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that support early learning and development.
  • Support the smooth transition to extended opening hours and new routines.
  • Build strong relationships with families, keeping communication open and positive.
  • Ensure high-quality practice, safeguarding, and EYFS standards are maintained.
