What You’ll Need
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
- Experience leading a room and a team.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child-centred practice.
What You’ll Do
- Lead your room team to create a warm, nurturing environment
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support early learning and development.
- Support the smooth transition to extended opening hours and new routines.
- Build strong relationships with families, keeping communication open and positive.
- Ensure high-quality practice, safeguarding, and EYFS standards are maintained.
