What you'll do
• You’ll be at the heart of our customs classification service, helping clients get it right first time.
• Classify products for UK, EU and US imports – giving clients clarity and compliance
• Answer questions and solve classification queries – becoming their trusted expert
• Keep our systems sharp – updating our TariffTel database when regulations change
• Build relationships – you’ll be on calls, in meetings, and helping clients every day
• Suggest improvements – see something that could work better? Say so, and we’ll listen

What you’ll bring
• Experience in customs, import/export or trade compliance
• A solid grasp of WCO Harmonised System, Explanatory Notes, BTI’s etc.
• Confidence working with Excel and databases
• A sharp eye for detail and the drive to get things right
• Comfortable talking to clients and asking the right questions
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in aerospace, automotive or engineering – or have 2–3 years’ classification experience.
