Summary

At Trinity Supported Living, we provide semi-independent accommodation for young people aged 16–18 who are preparing for adulthood. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Team Leader to join our management team. This is a dynamic role with a balance of responsibilities:
50% administrative duties
50% direct work on shift with young people
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the service, supporting both staff and young people.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support staff to deliver high-quality care and guidance
Act as the first point of contact for staff queries and concerns
Be part of the on-call rota, providing leadership and support when needed
Carry out administrative tasks including rota management, reporting, and compliance checks
Work directly with young people, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical support
Uphold safeguarding standards and ensure policies are followed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in supported living, residential care, or youth work
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to balance administrative tasks with hands-on support
Resilience, empathy, and a commitment to empowering young people
Flexibility to work shifts and participate in the on-call rota
