Summary

We are currently looking for a Paralegal to join our team based out of our London office.
The role will primarily be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions, monitoring changes in regulation, updating trackers with pertinent information, managing trademark portfolio, reinsurance licence renewals and managing invoices.
As a Paralegal you will be working closely with the General Counsel and Legal Counsels providing advice and guidance to AmTrust International entities on a range of matters, including legal, compliance, governance and regulation.
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Paralegal with experience in General Insurance and knowledge on Corporate Law.
