Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor role in a London-based law firm. They are seeking a qualified solicitors with extensive expertise in commercial and/or residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, Help to Buy, and shared ownership schemes. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of managing transactions from initial enquiry through to post-completion.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial and/or residential conveyancing.
Proven ability to manage heavy workloads and meet tight deadlines.
Skilled in handling large caseloads efficiently.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Capable of working under pressure while achieving performance targets.
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least two years’ PQE.
Proficiency in Chinese is preferred but not essential.
Job Responsibilities:
Independently manage a personal caseload with efficiency and accountability.
Deliver comprehensive and high-quality legal services to a diverse client base.
Conduct client meetings, provide pragmatic legal advice, and accurately record client instructions.
Offer clear guidance on applicable laws and legal issues relevant to each case.
Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior paralegals, trainees, and legal assistants.
Draft, review, and finalize property-related legal documents, correspondence, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes and developments in relevant areas of law.
