Summary
To offer highly specialised physiotherapy assessments and interventions via an evidence-based, needs-led service as part of the Care Plan/recovery approach in a variety of settings. To provide relevant information to support local and Trust strategies. To be involved in the education of undergraduates and other personnel. To deputise for the Head of Profession for physiotherapy as required and attend and contribute to Trust-wide physiotherapy meetings. To be a lead for an area of clinical speciality within mental health and lead on service development in a specific area. To promote and lead on audit and research within the speciality. To provide professional leadership including recruitment, supervision and development within a designated area/team in a multi-disciplinary context.
