We are seeking a Female Personal Assistant / Carer to provide essential support to a disabled lady, helping her maintain independence and enjoy her social life.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care Assistance: Helping with dressing, undressing, toileting, hand washing, and menstruation support when needed.
Meal Support: Assisting with meal preparation, cutting food, and encouraging healthy eating and hydration.
Transportation & Escorting: Driving to and from social activities, such as drama club, cinema, bowling, and other leisure events.
Shopping Assistance: Helping with grocery shopping and purchasing personal items or gifts.
Social Support: Offering companionship and assistance at outings and social events.
Schedule:
Monday: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM (weekly)
Wednesday: 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM (fortnightly or other flexible evening, by agreement)
Requirements:
Driving License & Car Owner: You must own a vehicle and have a valid driving license. Please ensure your car insurance covers business use.
Enhanced DBS Check: Successful applicants will be required to undergo a free enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Flexibility: The role requires someone who can adjust to a flexible schedule.
