Are you passionate about food ,drink and service ,want to be part of an award-winning hospitality team- and still make it home for dinner?  We are looking for a Cafe Manager to join our amazing site in London.

Location: NW1 7AW

Salary: £35,000 per annum, plus overtime paid at x1.5

Working Pattern: 40hours per week – Monday- Friday , shifts will vary between 7.00am-15.00 or 8.00-16.00 depending on business needs, flexibility is essential

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality and safety standards 
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to maximise sales at the relevant site
  • Managing team of 2, chef and barista/general assistant to provide daily service to 150-200 people onsite, this includes lunch service, light breakfast everyday, supporting the small café and small hospitality services
  • Customer service focused working alongside the front of house teams with a focus on responding promptly to customer and client feedback and make amendments to the operation where required.
    • Set clear expectations to all staff regarding merchandising and service standards to ensure that all services provided are of the highest standards.
    • Responsible for Vacherin standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.

Ideal Cafe Manager will :

  • Have ideally come from contract Catering or Retail background
  • Be flexible and have great communication skills
  • Have good knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene
