Summary

Location: London, EC2M 3AB
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week shifts between: 7.30am - 4pm, 8am - 4.30pm
Rate of Pay: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and manage a team of 6
- Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business
- Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget
- Ensure excellent service provided for on site hospitality and events
- Manage a delivered in catering operation
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- B&I contract catering experience
- Will be hands on and a manager who can lead from the front line
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team and client leadership skills
