Summary
Top regional firm are looking to expand their commercial property team. Ideally you will be any level of pqe (inc NQ) and have previous experience of managing a case load which includes some of: sales and purchases of freeholds and leaseholds, licence matters, grants and taking of leases, general management work and acquisitions and disposal of large commercial premises. You will work for a wide range of clients including small and medium sized businesses, large corporate and PLCs. Based Lincolnshire.
