Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Site Assistant to join our Site Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and friendly environment, ensuring the school remains a clean, safe, and well-maintained space for students, staff, and visitors.



Key Responsibilities:


Supporting the upkeep, maintenance, cleanliness, and security of the school site.
Opening and closing the school buildings on a rotational basis (6:30am opening, 6:00pm closing).
Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks.
Assisting with site security and health & safety procedures.
Setting up rooms and spaces for school events and activities.
Working flexibly to accommodate the needs of the school.
Basic understanding of Health and Safety, COSHHH and Building Control


About You:


Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
A good team player with a positive attitude.
Basic maintenance and DIY skills are desirable.
Willingness to adapt to the needs of the school, including occasional flexibility with working hours.
