Summary
We are seeking dynamic and motivated newly qualified General Practitioners to join Heald Green Health Centre under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) on a fixed term basis. This is a unique opportunity to practice patient-centered care while working alongside a multidisciplinary team. You will be part of an innovative and supportive environment, with opportunities to develop your clinical skills and make a real impact on patient care. As a GP within our practice, you will be involved in: Conducting in-person, telephone, and online consultations. Managing patients with long-term conditions and undiagnosed health problems. Supporting chronic disease management, including care planning and health promotion. Participating in triage and providing timely referrals. Engaging in quality improvement activities, audits, and achieving QOF targets. Collaborating with additional roles professionals, such as pharmacists, social prescribers, and mental health specialists.
