Our Pool Lifeguard job is a LIFESAVING OPPORTUNITY and perfect for anyone wanting a career in Leisure.
We are looking for someone with the right skills and behaviours - so even if you are not NPLQ qualified, please apply as we may be able to fund this for you!
Starting salary of over £24k (pro rata)!
Join us in helping people of all ages live healthier, happier lives by creating a safe and enjoyable swimming environment. As a Pool Lifeguard, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that every visit to the pool—whether for lane swimming, family fun, pool parties, or swimming lessons—is a positive and memorable experience.
Your presence and professionalism will encourage swimmers and non-swimmers alike to return time and again, building lasting connections with their local leisure centre.

Salary; Starting Salary only £24,099.67 per annum pro rata
Contracted roles follow a three point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process
Location :Wilmslow Leisure Centre
Hours: 20 Hours Per Week -
Temporary Fixed Term 6 Months
(Potential for extension following the 6 months)
Closing date: 6th January 2026
Interview Date: 14th or 20th January 2026 (TBC)
