Summary
We are looking for an experienced and flexible Support Worker Team Leader to join our team in Huncote. You will lead and support a team of support workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviour. This role requires flexibility to work day shifts and sleep-in shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of support workers, providing guidance, training, and supervision.
Deliver and oversee person-centred care for individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviour.
Administer and oversee medication in line with care plans and company policies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and best practices.
Undertake day shifts and sleep-in shifts as required.
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum of 12 months experience as a Team Leader in a support or care setting.
Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviour.
Confident in administering medication.
Must hold a full driving licence and be able to drive.
Flexible, reliable, and able to work both day shifts and sleep-ins.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
