Summary

Employee Services Administrator

SALARY GRADE: Grade 7 £26,832 - £28,146 per annum

HOURS: Full time – all year round

BASE: Swadlincote with regular travel to Coalville schools

RESPONSIBLE TO: Employee Services Manager

This is an exciting time to join the Trust as we are seeking to grow our HR team in a way that will help us to continually review and improve our employment experience. These are new roles which will provide dedicated HR administrative support to schools within the Trust.

If you are keen to start your career in HR then this is the ideal job for you. You will need experience of working in an office and experience of managing a busy workload. An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and accuracy within an HR environment will also be essential. Previous experience of working in an HR environment is desirable but not essential.
