We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our fast pace Despatch department, day shift with hour of work 6am to 4.45pm, working 4 on/4 off shift pattern.
Job requirements of Despatch Operative:
· Clearing products from production lines and placing into the stock area in the correct date order
· Picking orders in correct date order to ensure stock rotation is correct
· Keep up to date with changes to products and their packaging to enable efficient order picking
· Carry out the day to day manual handling that is required
The ideal candidates will:
· Be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
· Be able to work additional hours as overtime may be required
· Ideally have experience of working within Despatch/warehouse environment
· Have a good level of both written and verbal English
Pay and benefits:
· Salary - £14.11 per hour
Rate inclusive of £1 per hour attendance bonus
· Overtime – time and a third after contracted hours
· Pension – currently 3% employer contributions/5% employee contributions
