Role Overview
Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Leading service on hot, cold, or event-based sections as required
Preparing high-quality dishes to corporate dining standards
Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
Managing junior kitchen staff and delegating tasks
Maintaining strict food safety, allergen controls, and HACCP compliance
Assisting with menu planning and event preparation during peak periods
