We are looking for a personable and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administration Assistant. This varied role is ideal for someone who loves helping others, takes pride in their work, and enjoys learning new skills in a professional services environment.

The role involves:
- Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Handling daily post, including sorting, franking and distributing
- Carrying out banking runs and providing general office support
- Offering floating secretarial assistance when required (full training provided)
- Preparing documents, scanning, filing and assisting with archiving
- Keeping reception organised, efficient and welcoming
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative duties
- Providing occasional cover for other offices as needed
Among your other strengths, you:
- have a positive, can-do attitude and a friendly, confident manner
- are organised, proactive and have strong attention to detail
- communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person
- are eager to learn and comfortable taking on a variety of tasks
- are reliable, discreet and take a professional approach to your work
Previous office experience is helpful, but not essential — we’ll provide full training.
