Your new role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will take the lead in inspecting and signing-off works on vacant retail and commercial properties, ensuring that they meet all statutory and health and safety requirements before new tenants move in. You will play a critical role in preparing properties for occupation and enabling tenants to bring forwards their own refurbishments quickly and confidently.
What you'll need to succeed
- Salary of up to £53,000 per year.
- 28 days annual leave per year + bank holidays.
- Excellent contributory pension scheme.
- Flexitime.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
